Michael Dupre

Mr. Michael Dupre resides, with his wife, Maxine, in Eunice, LA.

He is a 1961 graduate of Charles Drew High School and attended college at Grambling State University, LSU, and Arizona State University.

He has served as a Legislative Assistant in District 24 under then, Senator Elbert Guillory. He has also served as a Eunice City Councilman (Ward 6) for 14 ½ years.

His other professional affiliations are Board of Director – American Bank, St. Landry Parish Council on Aging, LMA Black Caucus (Chairman – 5 years), and a delegate at the 1972 Democratic National Convention.

His areas of interest are political involvement, mentoring, career development, program implementing, reading, and golfing.
