Rachel is a lifelong resident of Krotz Springs. She is married with 3 grown sons. She has one granddaughter and one grandson and another grandchild on the way. Her greatest joy is being a mom and a brand-new grandmother.

She is a 1989 graduate of Port Barre High School. For several years, Rachel was the office manager at St. Anthony of Padua catholic church in Krotz Springs, where she has been a lifelong parishioner. She was hired as the Executive Secretary for the Port of Krotz Springs on May 02, 2022.

Rachel volunteers her time in her community helping with events for the town of Krotz Springs. She also volunteers for the Krotz Springs Sportsmen’s Heritage festival where she currently serves as the Board Treasurer.

Rachel cherishes her time spent with family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors and camping. Rachel believes you always have to put your trust in God.
